  • The beauty of creating with wood and stones is that these are living materials. This means that every single piece made from these materials is unique, one of a kind. It is important to understand that you will NOT receive a piece that looks exactly the same as the product image. Organic details such as grains, veins, colour will vary. The difference in these aspects will not be eligible for a quality issue claim.

  • Wooden Furniture Care Instructions:

Dusting: Regularly dust your wooden furniture using a soft, lint-free cloth to prevent the build-up of dirt and debris.
Cleaning: Use a mild wood cleaner or a mixture of mild soap and water to clean the surface of the furniture. Avoid strong chemicals or abrasive cleaners that can damage the finish.
Moisture Control: Wood is sensitive to changes in humidity, so avoid placing wooden furniture in areas with high humidity or direct sunlight, as it can cause warping, cracking, or fading. Use a humidifier or dehumidifier to maintain a consistent humidity level if necessary. Wood is a living material and will slightly change colour over time; direct sunlight will speed up the process.
Protection: Use coasters, placemats, or tablecloths to protect the wooden surface from spills, heat, and scratches.
Avoid leaving objects in the same place on the surface for extended periods, as this may cause uneven ageing of the wood's colour.
Polishing: Periodically, apply a high-quality furniture polish or wax to nourish the wood and enhance its natural lustre. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for application and buffing.
Avoid Sharp Objects: Do not drag sharp or rough objects directly on the wooden surface to prevent scratching or gouging.

    Stone Furniture Care Instructions:

Dusting: Regularly dust stone furniture with a soft, dry cloth to remove loose dirt and particles.
Cleaning: Clean stone surfaces with a mild, pH-neutral stone cleaner or a mixture of warm water and mild dish soap. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners that can damage the stone. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry after cleaning.
Stain Prevention: Promptly clean up spills on stone furniture to prevent staining. Blot the spill with a clean cloth and avoid rubbing, as it may spread the stain.
Sealing: Depending on the type of stone, it may benefit from periodic sealing to protect it from stains and moisture penetration.
Avoid direct sunlight or high heat sources that can cause fading or warping.
Avoid Heat and Pressure: Stone furniture can be sensitive to heat and pressure. Use coasters, trivets, or heat-resistant mats under hot objects to prevent thermal shock or discolouration.
Protect from Scratches: Place felt pads or coasters under objects to avoid scratching or etching the stone surface. Avoid using sharp or abrasive objects directly on the stone.

    Sand Furniture Care Instructions:

Vacuuming: Use a soft brush attachment on a vacuum cleaner to gently clean the surface of the furniture.
Spot Cleaning: For minor stains or spills, blot the affected area with a clean cloth or sponge dampened with a mixture of mild soap and water. Avoid excessive moisture.
Avoid direct sunlight or high heat sources that can cause fading or warping.
Avoid Sharp Objects: Prevent scratches by avoiding sharp objects or abrasive materials on the sand furniture. Be cautious when moving or placing objects to prevent damage.

  • Ah, the beauty of nature! Our products often incorporate natural materials, such as wood, which bring a unique charm to your space. It's important to note that wood is a living material that responds to its environment and climate. Over time, you may notice natural variations like changes in color, small cracks, or the wood adjusting or moving to its surroundings. These characteristics are part of its natural charm and do not qualify as quality issues.

  • Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in cases where there is a quality issue. We take pride in our craftsmanship and strive to ensure that every piece meets our high standards. If you believe there is a quality issue with your item, please provide us with visual proof so that we can investigate and agree with you on a solution as soon as possible.

Upon the delivery of the furniture or décor, it is required that you open the packaging and inspect the item within 24 hours. Any quality issue reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
